Dr. Odunuga has over 23 years managing consulting, energy advisory and project management experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and EDS Corporation. He is a co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Rosegate Synergistic International, a management consulting company founded in 2001, former executive director of Apex Star Energy Corporation, former Executive Vice President of Business Development and strategy for Asher Energy Corporation, responsible for overall business development, partnerships management and strategy development & execution before his elevation to the position of Chief Executive Officer of AsherXino Corporation. Dr. Odunuga advises energy companies (including national oil companies) in Oil field acquisition & development. He is a consummate professional with keen eyes on the economics of an oil and Gas field acquisition and development.
Warren H. Anderson
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Anderson is a geologist and engineer with over 30 years of experience in petroleum exploration and drilling operations, having lived and worked in West Africa. He is a consummate professional with keen eyes on the economics of an oil and Gas field operation, with responsibility for the execution of AsherXino’s strategy. His technical expertise is in petroleum exploration and reservoir analysis. Mr. Anderson previously drilled and made economic discoveries with multinationals and independent companies including Frontier Exploration Corporation, Peak Frontier had operations in Louisiana, Midland Texas, Mexico and Wyoming.; Ashland Oil in Ghana and Angola. Mr. Anderson is a geophysics researcher in several US universities including University of Kentucky. As a research scientist and petroleum geologist, Mr. Anderson has over 150 technical publications to his credit.

Mr. Jenkins is a lawyer and a management accountant with over 26 years of experience leading and transforming Finance, commodities trading & Supply Chain teams in complex, multinational companies, in addition to consulting to major oil companies and other international business entities in Africa, North America and the United Kingdom. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience building and leading global organizations, with the ultimate goal of delivering a differentiated, best-in-class operations. Dominique has helped many energy and utilities companies expand beyond their traditional business models. He has a proven track record of growing existing business models as well as innovating new ones to fill strategic gaps and accelerate profitability. Prior to joining Asherxino, Dominique held various leadership positions at leading energy and utilities including Enron and Hess
He has completed various executive development programs at leading institutions in North America and Europe.
William (Bill) Stinson
Consultant – Geologist
Mr. Bill Stinson has 35 years’ experience in oil and gas exploration and production. He has held positions with major oil companies as chief geophysicist and exploration manager. Mr. Stinson is the former President and CEO of Quest Oil and recently the former president of North Pacific Oil and Gas other independent oil companies in the US and Middle East. Prior to his senior executive positions, Bill has also held positions with several major oil companies as chief geophysicist and exploration manager in Africa, America and the Middle East. For over five (5) years, Bill was the Exploration Director for the Ghana National Petroleum Company, exploration manager for ARCO in the Gulf of Guinea, and made discoveries and production in the Kwanza basin in Angola, lead geophysicist for Carrizo Oil & Gas in their Barnett Shale division, and spent five years with the U.S, Geological Survey as the lead geophysicist in the reserves and unitization section.Bill is a frequent speaker to the US Congress on the US “Strategic Reserves” utilization.
